Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management specialist to support transformation initiatives. This role will be critical in building change capability within the organization, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary mindsets and skillsets to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execution of Change Initiatives: Oversee and manage the execution of change initiatives, such as capacity re-allocation of existing teams to new projects, ensuring they occur in a timely manner, with full scope, and with the desired impact on people and processes.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, HR and internal communications business partners to identify change impacts, assess readiness and disruption, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans to foster buy-in and support.

- Change Capability Building: Assess current change management capabilities and develop and roll out programs and workshops to enhance the organization’s change management skills and mindset.

- Business Process re-design: Lead initiatives to analyze, design, and optimize select business processes across A&G to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and data to inform continuous improvement efforts.

- Change Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports corporate transformation initiatives.

- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and support to leaders and team members in managing change, promoting a culture of agility and resilience throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Certification in an established change management program / accreditation (CCMP, APMG, ProSci, or equivalent)

- 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformations.

- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process) and tools, with the ability to apply them effectively in practice.

- Demonstrated expertise and experience in business process design and re-engineering, with a track record of implementing process improvements that drive organizational performance.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proven experience in building change management capabilities within organizations, including training and coaching leaders and employees.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess change impacts and develop actionable plans.
