Head of Cafe Expansion

At Corgi, we're building the first fully automated insurance carrier. Our goal is to rebuild the $1T+ insurance industry from the ground up using AI. Responsibilities

• Required experience scaling 3+ cafe openings nationwide.
• Strong financial acumen. Understands P&Ls, margins, unit economics.
• Experience leading teams to run and operate a cafe/brick-and-mortar storefront.
• Open new cafe locations and drive expansion strategy globally.
• Build systems/processes for global scale.
• You have startup and/or founder experience.

• Background in fast-growing QSR, cafe brands or venture-backed companies.
• Strong leadership running cafe operations.
• Proven analytical understanding of business economics to run, operate and scale cafes.
• You enjoy fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environments.
• You thrive in chaos and ambiguity (build the plane while flying).

Compensation

• Base: $140k-$250k
• Equity: 0.01% - 0.10%
