1. Brand & Marketing
- Develop and oversee integrated brand and marketing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives for HK market
- Manage the overall brand and brand value proposition
- Drive measurable increases in brand awareness in Hong Kong
- Develop and implement advertising (Above-the-line, below-the-line, online and offline) campaigns to drive business
- Be responsible for media planning
- Develop & manage events & sponsorship programs for HK
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Formulate data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs
- Oversee the development of lead generation and qualification frameworks to improve sales efficiency
- Collaborate with distribution teams to enhance online-to-offline conversion rates
- Manage and develop digital and social media platforms for HK
- Overall content strategy
3. Event & Sponsorship:
- Develop the sponsorship guideline and/playbook
- Source events and/or sponsorship opportunities to strengthen the SLHK's brand and/or drive business growth
- Ensure the event/sponsorship is align with SLHK's brand value
- Be responsible for the execution of the committed events and sponsorship (within agreed timeline and resources)
- Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to align value propositions of committed events/sponsorship with overall business strategy
- Set and measure the agreed OKR for each event/sponsorship
4. Research & Insights
- Be responsible for research and market intelligence regarding Branding, Product Development, and Consumer Usage & Behavior study

- Proven strategic marketing skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in martech and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and drive rapid change
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior marketing roles
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred.
