What you will do:

·Lead the BSO team to provide the financial services to the businesses covering the process of R2R, S2P and O2C. Meet the KPI objectives defined by GBSO.

·Being the Financial Lead of the entity, take the overall responsibility on the financial compliance of the Legal Entities and act as the primary contact with the external auditor and tax authorities (income tax, VAT, local taxes etc.) in close collaboration with Group tax.

·Ensure timely and accurate delivery of month close activities for the entity and be part of site leadership team, align with peer functions to create the synergies by leveraging the expertise and continuously improve the service level.

·Responsible for the tax and treasury operations of the Legal Entities, Coordinate with Group Tax and Group Treasury function to roll-out the group policy and ensure the compliance.

·As the overall coordinator for Internal Control System, manage the ICS process to enhance the control quality. Meet all the ICS KPIs defined by Corporate Compliance.

·Support Corporate Finance to drive for process standardization, automation and streamline, including the SSC build-up.

  • As the Suzhou entity is a Joint Venture, this role will need to manage/work with the minority shareholder in Finance/Compliance matters and also support the trading entity in Guangzhou and the holding company in Hongkong.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree major in accounting, finance or economics.
  • SAP experience or similar ERP working experience.
  • More than 10 years of relevant financial experience and a solid track record as the financial professional in a similar working environment.
  • Working Experience in Joint Venture management will be helpful for this role.
  • Ability to work in a global matrix structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
