HCP Marketing Manager

As an HCP Marketing Manager, you will lead market-shaping strategy development for the Adult Vaccine Portfolio.  This role is essential in implementing marketing strategies and ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and brand representation across the adult portfolio to drive key business objectives.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop market shaping strategies and activities to increase awareness of our adult vaccine portfolio for the shingles and RSV market

  • Lead peer-to-peer initiatives including speaker programs and congresses

  • Managing speaker program faculty including training and management

  • Collaborate with compliance and regulatory to ensure adherence to guidelines

  • Develop metrics and assess effectiveness of market shaping tactics

  • Develop and optimize marketing resources to support the field sales team   

  • Collaborate with Retail team to develop retail and pharmacist resources

  • Develop resources to support the account management team health system channels to ensure effective messaging and brand representation, in partnership with brand marketing and agencies

  • Manage the agency for end-to-end production of materials, including presentations, leave-behinds, visual aids, videos, and digital selling tools used by field teams

  • Attend and lead discussions with medical, legal, regulatory reviews for relevant content

  • Lead inventory management, printing and shipping for field resources

  • Coordinate with Commercial Excellence partners (e.g. Training and Sales Enablement) to ensure the field teams are equipped with compliant, compelling, and timely content

  • Utilize input from Sales teams, direct customer feedback and market research to identify unmet needs and make strategic adjustments

  • Prepare tactical rollout materials, project trackers, and engagement calendars

  • Minimum 8 days per month in the Philadelphia office, other days can virtual

You will be responsible for driving innovation in content creation and enhance engagement with healthcare professionals. This critical role requires high levels of stakeholder engagement, marketing acumen, and innovative approaches to field promotion strategy.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical or vaccine sales & marketing

  • 3+ years marketing or other relevant commercial experience preferably in Personal Promotion Field HCP marketing

  • 1+ years of experience in leading campaign execution in matrixed teams and marketing agencies

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing

  • Experience with development of brand strategy

  • Experience with financial budgeting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive strategic initiatives in a competitive market

  • Ability to motivate, lead, and influence across various levels and functions

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated analytical skills

  • Experience in utilizing AI to understand customers and continuously refine campaigns

  • Ability to understand and influence customer mindsets and experiences

  • Experience in market research, marketing promotions, strategy, tactics, and resource allocation

  • Practical experience with brand marketing principles

  • Knowledge and practical application of compliance acumen in the pharmaceutical/vaccine space
