What You Will Do

Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all room features are in proper working condition.

Follow established cleaning procedures and room standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any defects or damages promptly.

Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and service areas.

Handle guest belongings with care and follow lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.

Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Support laundry and housekeeping operations as required.

Work efficiently to meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand’s service culture at all times.

What You Bring

High School education or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team.

Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and care.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
