🚢 The Role

We’re looking for a Customs Growth Enablement Manager – Czechia, Slovakia & Hungary

In this role, you’ll drive growth opportunities for our customs product by combining your commercial, technical, and market expertise. You’ll empower our sales teams with the knowledge and confidence to grow profitably, support pricing strategies, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with vertical teams to stay ahead of market trends.

📍 Location: Prague or Budapest or Bratislava

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by collaborating across Maersk’s commercial organization
  • Lead strategic interactions with top customers—both existing and new
  • Define targeted accounts and develop opportunities for the customs product
  • Maximize synergies and overall profitability
  • Present product solutions clearly and simply to both internal sales teams and customers
  • Provide rapid, effective solutions to sales and customer needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the product organization
  • Define pricing structures and value propositions

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of customs and international trade
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong customer relationship abilities
  • Financial and pricing expertise
  • Understanding of industry needs and product requirements
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
