Your new colleagues in the Group Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department are looking forward to welcoming you to the safety and Health section. Group SHE consists of different, small dynamic teams that work closely together. We want you to participate in the collaborative effort of the health and safety section.
Essentially, what we do is optimize health and safety performance and standards at our factories, most of the time we work from the office in Hedehusene but it also includes being physically in our factories, supporting health and safety managers and factories in many ways.
Maintaining and further develop a safe and healthy operation is a key target for the ROCKWOOL Group. The most important stakeholders are the factories and our engineering and development departments. And your most important role is to help develop, implement and drive the safety and health strategy for ROCKWOOL in the effort to ensure a better level of S&H and a higher awareness together with your stakeholders.
Your key to success is close collaboration with our factories in many different cultures. You listen and understand the factory needs, you support the local safety and health managers, and you work closely with them to make sure that best practices are something that everyone actively follows.

You have excellent communication skills, and a clear communicator and you own the ability to cooperate across disciplinary and organisational levels.
