The Atlanta Falcons are a professional American football club and member of the National Football League (NFL).  The team’s headquarters and practice facility are located on a 50-acre site in Flowery Branch, Georgia.  The Falcons’ NFL expansion franchise was awarded in 1965 and acquired by current owner Arthur Blank, co-founder of Home Depot, in 2002.

Job Overview: The Group Sales Executive will play a key role in generating revenue for the Atlanta Falcons by selling group tickets for all Atlanta Falcons games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to grow their career in the sports industry. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive group ticket sales through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings

  • Educate potential buyers on seating options, pricing, and exclusive group benefits

  • Identify and self-prospect new group sales opportunities within assigned categories

  • Manage a diverse sales pipeline using CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and referrals

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (revenue and ticket quantity)

  • Assist in activating all group sales fan experiences on gamedays

  • Actively participate in ticketing meetings, contributing insights and feedback to aid in team performance

  • Demonstrate a commitment to growth by taking on new responsibilities and striving to consistently be a top producer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience (sports or related industry preferred)

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of prospects

  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a competitive drive to succeed

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and collaborating with colleagues

  • Self-motivated, confident and capable of performing at a high level daily

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus
