What you'll be doing
As a Group Product Manager within the Acquisition Enablement team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting the development of product pricing plans and initiatives across our lines of business. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in products, pricing strategies, client segments, and competitive market dynamics to develop and recommend plans that optimize our product mix and enhance the client experience. With significant autonomy, you’ll contribute to product planning, development, and performance management, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of CIBC clients efficiently and competitively. You’ll set objectives, manage key business metrics, and prioritize campaign management and frontline empowerment, continuously evolving our processes and systems. As the Cards lead on enterprise projects, you’ll ensure that every implementation maintains or improves the credit card acquisition experience and drives new account growth.

How you’ll succeed
Platform management – Take accountability for all changes related to systems impacting credit card acquisition, including the Compass and CASA acquisition and adjudication applications.
Process management – Demonstrate strong knowledge of processes across all channels where cards are sold, ensuring every channel is considered in enterprise projects.
Partner management – Build and maintain the right support structure by leveraging team expertise and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver optimal client experiences.
