you will be a central player in the design, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art GenAI solutions within our ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, business analysts, and platform architects to deliver high-value proof-of-concepts (POCs) and scalable automated solutions.
Provide visionary leadership to a team of GenAI developers and innovators, guiding their efforts and fostering excellence.
Design, develop, and implement innovative GenAI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and open-source tools, with a strong emphasis on modeling and platform design.
Collaborate with the GenAI Center of Excellence, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead the creation of POCs leveraging GenAI to demonstrate the business value of AI-powered automation, conversational bots, and intelligent workflow enhancements.
Facilitate the seamless integration of GenAI solutions into KHAI, the Kraft Heinz AI platform, ensuring security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement efforts by staying current with emerging GenAI technologies, Power Platform releases, and industry best practices.
Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members and business users to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation.
Document solution designs, workflows, automation scripts, and integration patterns to support maintainability and reusability.
I have 8+ years of experience in data science
I have 3+ years of experience in direct management of Data Science resources
I have significant hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot and LangChain, including designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automations and conversational agents.
I have proven expertise in integrating GenAI models, such as LLMs or custom AI models, into business workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
I have a strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, security, connectors, Dataverse, and enterprise integration patterns.
I have experience leading POC development from concept to delivery, with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
I have solid programming/scripting skills in Python, ReactJS or similar languages relevant to Power Platform and AI integrations.
I am familiar with M365, Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise data sources.
I have excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 - $171,700.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
