Your Contribution
In close collaboration with the Global General Counsel, you further shape and roll out our group‑wide, multinational compliance program, setting binding standards across all CGM entities.
You design and refine compliance strategies, concepts, policies, and work instructions for the entire CGM Group and take responsibility for managing and steering investigations into potential compliance violations.
As the central point of contact for compliance, you coordinate a network of local compliance officers, conduct regular, risk‑based assessments, and ensure that findings translate into concrete improvements.
You provide independent, business‑oriented advice to our listed holding company, subsidiaries, management, and employees on all compliance matters, helping to balance opportunity and risk.
You develop and deliver internal trainings, embed compliance in key business processes, and act as a strategic partner for major projects, transactions, and collaborations.
What You Bring
You are a fully qualified lawyer or an experienced compliance professional (m/f/d) with several years of responsibility for compliance in an international corporation or a specialised consultancy.
You possess deep knowledge of key compliance‑relevant legal areas – in particular competition and antitrust law – and can translate legal requirements into clear, pragmatic guidance.
You have a strong interest in business and economic contexts and enjoy strategic and conceptual work at the intersection of law, governance, and value creation.
You bring excellent communication skills, conceptual strength, and a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
You work in a self‑driven, committed, and solution‑oriented way and are fluent in German and English, allowing you to support and influence our global teams with confidence.
