What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily plant operations by maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Assist with material handling, equipment operation support, and general labor tasks
- Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties around plant and yard areas
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety‑first culture
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and operational goals

- Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow operational procedures
- Strong work ethic with the capability to perform physically active tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Dependable team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer drug/alcohol screen and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
