In this role, you will play a key part in delivering impactful internal projects that support the organization’s operational and strategic goals. You will manage small to medium‑scale initiatives with local scope, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
You’ll be trusted to own deliverable timelines, provide reliable forecasts to management, own communication to stakeholders and coordinate small cross‑functional teams. What You’ll Do
Actively contribute to the successful delivery of internal projects, typically small to medium in size, with low to medium complexity and risk.
Prepare and communicate reliable financial forecasts and project updates to management.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across first‑line and mid‑level roles.
Lead and coordinate project teams (internal and external), typically up to 10 team members.
Facilitate engaging and well‑structured project meetings to drive clarity and alignment.
Monitor progress against milestones, budget, quality, schedule, and performance indicators.
Develop clear conclusions, recommendations, and written reports based on research and data analysis.
Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Work independently on moderately scoped issues, applying professional judgment within established policies and procedures.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 2–4 years of experience in project management or a related discipline.
Experience in global environments or services organizations is a plus.
Advanced degree holders may be considered with limited professional experience.
Knowledge & Skills
Project Management fundamentals (planning, scheduling, documentation, implementation)
Financial management, budgeting, billing, and forecasting
Data analysis and KPI tracking
Risk and change management
Agile methodology exposure
Process improvement and procurement basics
Tools such as Microsoft Project and standard PM documentation
Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
