Job Description
1) Great China Tax:
- Lead and Manage Tax Filing and Tax Financial Closing Activities for Greater China Subsidiaries.
- Lead and Manage Transfer Pricing reporting for Great China Subsidiaries.
- Steer and manage Greater China’s legal entity setup as well as business models considering tax perspectives.
- Leads the Tax relevant projects, including Export Refund projects.
- Drives business value by offering Tax advice to assist business decision-making.
- Acts as main point of contact for Tax and Finance subjects with Joint Ventures in Greater China, including support Joint Venture Dividends and provide advice for Joint Venture tax subjects.
- Leads and Manage other Region tax subjects.
2) International Tax:
- Manage International Tax subjects with the Global Head of Tax, including but may not limited to international transfer pricing.
3) Internal Control and Others:
- Support Greater China Internal Control activities.
- Support internal and external audit tasks for assigned area of responsibility.
- Manage miscellaneous special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.
4) General:
- Trusted to deliver excellence to our (internal) customers and other stakeholders
- Provide guideline in form of policy, local work instruction, desk procedures etc. Ensure awareness throughout the team. Prepare presentation and conduct training of assigned cross functional processes/ tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of developments in the area of Taxation.
- Keep management actively abreast of progress, developments and pending problems.
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
