Duties and Responsibilities
Logo Design: Create original and visually appealing logos that represent our brand identity and values.
Print Material Design: Develop and design print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and web development teams to produce cohesive and impactful visual content for various platforms.
Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts to projects, ensuring our visual content is fresh, engaging, and on-trend.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance our brand's visual identity across all projects and mediums.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Flexibility: adapt to meet the needs of the operations we support, taking on new challenges and tasks as required.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with designing for both print and digital media.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
