The everyday hustle:
Lead end-to-end web design from discovery and concepting through final UI and developer handoff
Design responsive page layouts, navigation, and components for web and mobile experiences
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and web style guides
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Create web-ready animations for UI interactions, hero sections, explainer sequences, and micro-interactions
Partner with developers to ensure quality implementation (QA, design reviews, iteration)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, present work, and incorporate feedback
Optimize web experiences using usability best practices and data (A/B testing, analytics insights)
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and align with brand guidelines
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving team processes
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field
5+ years of professional web/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of modern web work
Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping); Adobe CC is a plus
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and interaction design
Deep understanding of responsive design, usability, and information architecture
Familiarity with design systems and collaborating with developers
Experience designing for conversion and performance (landing pages, funnels, SEO-aware layouts)
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines
What makes you uncommon?
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, etc.)
Motion design skills (micro-interactions, Lottie, After Effects)
Experience animating for product onboarding, interactive storytelling, or data visualization
Basic sound design or video editing (Premiere, Audition, etc.)
