As a Designer with a passion for brand and entertainment, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the visual storytelling that defines The Walt Disney Company AUNZ. From bold campaign artwork and immersive theatrical activations to dynamic digital and social assets, you’ll bring creativity and precision to every project. Collaborating with cross-functional partners and a talented design team, you’ll deliver impactful creative across Disney+, Marvel, Pixar, Lucasfilm, National Geographic, ESPN, and Parks & Resorts—ensuring every piece reflects the magic of Disney.

Day to day, you’ll be bringing stories to life through creative concepts for studio theatrical release events—designing everything from ticketing and media walls to immersive activations that capture the magic of each title. You’ll collaborate closely with Content Programming and Design Leads to craft seamless in-app creative for Disney+, ensuring the platform feels fresh and visually engaging. Alongside this, you’ll design both static and motion digital banners for high-profile marketing campaigns, delivering compelling visual storytelling that connects audiences with Disney’s iconic brands across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, adapt, and produce creative for multi-platform campaigns including OOH, On Platform, digital, social, and internal communications.

  • Partner with designers to develop fresh concepts for seasonal Disney+ campaigns or localise U.S. style guides for the AUNZ market.

  • Participate in ideation and creative performance sessions to refine future campaigns.

  • Design polished Keynote and PowerPoint decks for strategy presentations and stakeholder meetings.

  • Manage quick-turnaround ad-hoc creative requests with accuracy and brand consistency

  • Concept and deliver creative storytelling for studio theatrical release events, including ticketing, media walls, and immersive activations.

  • Collaborate with Content Programming and Design Leads to deliver in-app creative for Disney+.

  • Design static and motion digital banners for high-profile marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a creative agency or large brand, ideally within entertainment or media

  • Strong understanding of design, branding, marketing, digital, and consumer journey

  • Experience designing for entertainment or media brands, ideally with retail components

  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and deliver to tight deadlines

  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision

  • Knowledge of and experience with motion design using After Effects or Photoshop
