About the Programme

Advanced Operations (AO) is Stryker’s global function specializing in New Product Introductions (NPI) across all divisions. The AOGEDP is a 20-month structured development programme designed to build your technical, professional, and leadership capabilities through:

  • Rotational assignments across engineering functions
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including additive manufacturing, robotics, and advanced automation
  • Collaboration with global teams in Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations

You’ll be part of a high-performing, innovative team that supports the successful launch of new products and technologies across Stryker’s nine divisions.

Key Responsibilities During Rotations

  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative product concepts
  • Investigate, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Support process handover from development to production
  • Work closely with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
  • Provide process validation support internally and with external vendors
  • Hands-on machine programming and prototyping
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing principles
  • Develop and qualify new test equipment and methods
  • Participate in technical and professional development training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Level 8 or above) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Digital, BIS, or Project Management disciplines
  • Graduation between June 2024 and September 2026
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product design
