You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams, gaining exposure to the tools, methods and standards used to deliver high‑quality aerospace products for our customers.

How You Will Contribute to the Team

  • Support engineering activity within your specialist area, contributing to the design, analysis, manufacture or automation of aerostructures.
  • Use technical tools and systems to produce accurate outputs, such as drawings, calculations, work instructions, reports or equipment support solutions.
  • Work with other engineering and operational teams to solve problems, support product improvement and maintain compliance with business and customer requirements.
  • Build your capability through hands‑on experience, learning from experienced colleagues and developing an understanding of aerospace engineering standards and processes.

Specialist Areas May Include

  • Design Engineering – performing CAD modelling, creating drawings and supporting technical responses to manufacturing queries.
  • Structures Engineering – creating analysis to support substantiation activities and ensure structural integrity.
  • Manufacturing Engineering – creating work instructions, supporting process improvement and production engineering activity.
  • Automation Engineering – supporting automated equipment, PLCs, control systems and maintenance improvement activities.

About You

  • You have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • You have a strong interest in aerospace, manufacturing or engineering technology.
