What You’ll Be Doing

As a junior member of our team, you will support our finance operations for the EU and US regions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with accounts payable tasks and liaising with external stakeholders
  • Reconciling and processing payments for brokerage activities
  • Supporting month-end close activities and internal reporting
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders across global teams
  • Working in operational finance, including treasury functions
  • Helping to review and maintain finance processes and policies
  • Gaining exposure to tax processes and compliance
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects

About You

  • Recently completed or close to completing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Intention to pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative
  • Effective communicator, comfortable working independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with financial systems is a plus; eagerness to learn new systems is essential
  • Adaptable, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
