In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Senior Associates to join our Governance, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit (GRC & IA) consulting team which specializes in the Energy, Utilities and Resources (EUR) sector.
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations in EUR sector
Lead teams to deliver client engagements, taking ownership for one or more workstreams/engagements
Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied
Participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities
Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart
Build professional relationships through clear communication and responsiveness to team and client needs
Support internal initiatives by contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions and assisting with research or presentations
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels
Use basic analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to prepare reports and visualizations as directed
Explore and leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for simple automation and efficiency improvements under supervision
What you bring matters
At least 3 years of previous working experience in an internal or external audit position, risk management, corporate governance
Strong academic record, including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Management, Financial Accounting or other related field
A relevant professional qualification (CIA, CRMA, ACCA, ACA etc.) will be considered as an advantage
Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style
Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally when dealing with client issues
Excellent business analytical skills
