CACI is seeking a Manager who is responsible for the facility control of government property. 

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Works independently to ensure timely reconciliation of all relevant Government Property records through proactive collaboration with Line Program Managers and Logisticians, Procurement, and Accounting. 
  • Includes the collection and tracking of operational data to maintain inventory records and oversee the transfer or disposition of such in accordance with government regulations.
  • Accountable for the execution to the corporate government property procedures that govern property located at all CACI sites and manages CACI’s response to all DCMA property audits. 
  • Is site lead in working with DCMA and other agency Property administrators/auditors as required. 
  • Works with Line and staff functions to ensure compliance with applicable FAR and contract property provisions, DCMA guidance, and company Government Property Manual. 
  • Conducts internal program location self-assessments and training for line and other staff personnel on CACI Govt. Property System.

More About the Role:

  • Ensure company's Government Property manual, processes, and checklists are appropriately completed in accordance with the company defined policy and federal procurement regulations.
  • Reconcile inventory input from line to corporate property records relating to all Government Property functions, through deployed Asset Smart property system or manually.
  • Responsible for working with Line PMs and Logisticians to address issues and discrepancies in records.
  • Conducts self-assessments in accordance with Property Manual and interacts with DCMA and Agency Property Administrators and audits.
  • Responsible for leading responses to audits including coordinating necessary input from Line and staff functions.
  • Advises management on status. Researches and recommends updates to company Government Property manual and policies and procedures that may benefit own job functions and others.
  • Requires an ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders and Government representatives at various levels of the company and work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
  • Regularly works to achieve operational objectives within the job area with direct impact on department results

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Top Secret clearance with the abillity to obtain a TS/SCI
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven years of related Government Property experience or equivalent in Inventory Control.
  • Must be experienced and knowledgeable of applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations and Government Property management methodologies and processes.
  • Ability to travel as required

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,900 - $178,400
