MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Owns market research, launch planning, campaign orchestration, and performance analytics. Partners with BD, Product/Service Design, and Clinic Experience to optimize conversions and awareness.

Job Purpose
Deliver and execute the clinic launch GTM plan, segmenting customers, positioning services, and driving campaigns and partnerships to achieve targeted patient acquisition and revenue.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

A. Segmentation & Proposition
Define target segments and value propositions; map services to segment needs.

B. Launch & Campaigns
Develop external launch plans (PR, field, digital); manage agencies and content creation.

C. Partnerships & Community
Identify and activate local partners to expand reach and credibility.

D. Analytics & Optimization
Set up marketing analytics; track CPA, ROI, funnel conversion; iterate based on data.

E. Playbooking
Create a reusable marketing launch playbook and asset library.

Expected Results (Success Metrics)
≥50% of target patient volume achieved within 3 months of launch.
Positive ROI on marketing spend; CPA within agreed thresholds.
Improvement in brand awareness and spontaneous recall; media value targets met.
Post-launch NPS target achieved.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field; healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Prior clinic launch or multi-site retail experience is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Customer segmentation; agency management; campaign strategy; analytics; digital tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
