This is an internship where you do real work, contribute to real projects, and help create everyday possibilities for customers, communities, and the country.



As a Pathfinder, you’ll be embedded in a team, trusted with meaningful responsibilities, and guided by mentors who want you to learn, grow, and explore what’s possible in the world of work.

The Pathfinder Experience:

READY | Step Into Globe: You’ll begin with a strong foundation through onboarding, goal-setting, and immersion into Globe’s culture, values, and ways of working. This phase is about understanding how Globe operates and how your role fits into the bigger picture.

IMMERSE | Learn by Doing: You’ll be embedded in a functional team, working on real tasks and projects while receiving ongoing mentorship and peer support. This is where learning happens through actual work, collaboration, and accountability.

SHINE | Own Your Stage: You’ll take ownership of deliverables, develop your professional and digital skills, and participate in learning sessions focused on leadership, personal branding, design thinking, and well-being building confidence through contribution.

ELEVATE | Apply What You’ve Learned: The program culminates in a final output or presentation where you apply your skills, reflect on your experience, and demonstrate what you’ve learned throughout the journey.

Throughout the program, interns engage in continuous functional immersion, regular milestone check-ins, and outcome-based work ensuring the experience is grounded in real work, real expectations, and real impact.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for curious, driven, and thoughtful individuals who are ready to explore real work.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Are currently enrolled in Marketing, Finance, Data, IT, Computer Science and Engineering courses

• Are eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative

• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others

• Are open to feedback and committed to personal growth

• Want exposure to real business environments—not just academic exercises
