Purpose:

The Analyst is a key team member in the day-to-day operations. The successful candidate should have an interest in learning the tax-advantaged business at Apollo, more specifically, the pipeline aspects to ensure business critical deadlines and follow-ups are met. Given the entrepreneurial culture of the firm, the individual must be prepared to “roll up their sleeves” across a variety of tasks. This role will require support for a 6-person sales team, as well as various senior members of the team.


Accountabilities:

  • Proactively manage Salesforce (CRM) Projects

  • Take a lead role in ensuring new opportunities and meeting notes are entered and tracked in Salesforce in a timely manner

  • Create sales campaigns in Salesforce alongside marketing for proactive and regular outreach

  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sites including managing all related logistics/marketing materials – pro-actively address conflicts and exercise strong judgment based on priorities,

  • seeking guidance as needed

  • Screen a large volume of incoming calls and emails, and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner

  • Prepare and edit relevant materials for team, including Word Documents, and Excel Spreadsheets

  • Manage work priorities independently and respond to business outside of normal business hours as needed


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or five or more years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines

  • Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities – Must demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude towards given tasks, plan ahead for potential issues and take appropriate action

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Role continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials required

  • Team-oriented and collaborative attitude is a must

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience in the finance industry is preferred but not required


$63,360.00 - $95,040.00 USD Annual


Annual Salary for this role is market competitive.  Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.  Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
