This role is an exciting career opportunity for those who are fluent in English and who aim at fully exploit their knowledge in the finance and accounting fields. The T&E Audit and Accounting Analyst is part of the Travel and Expense Team of Linxon’s Global Business services.

 

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for Auditing and accounting the global expense claims. You will be responsible for validating the expenses compliant as per policy and account the expense in ERP.

What will you do?

-Expense Audit & Compliance:

• Audit all travel and expense claims in accordance with global and local travel policy requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all entities.

-Issue Resolution:

• Provide support and resolve issues related to expense claims and reimbursements.

-Accounting & Payments:

• Perform manual accounting of expenses in Oracle for all entities.
• Process manual payments to employees in Oracle across all entities.
• Initiate payments for Navan globally.

-Backup Support:

• Act as backup for the Travel Booking Coordinator role when required.

Experience, Education and other Skills Required:

• Post qualification 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor/ Master of commerce.
• Experience in multinational environment.

Competencies/ Skills Required:

• Proficiency in English.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• University Degree or relevant work experience.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system is a plus.
