Role Overview

The Finance Analyst will support the Finance & Accounting function by managing expense and revenue processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing actionable insights for decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multi-currency, IFRS-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Management

  • Monitor and analyse revenue streams across regions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
  • Support revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team for collections and aging analysis.

2. Expense Management

  • Track and validate operating expenses, including vendor invoices and accruals.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for OpEx and CapEx.
  • Ensure timely processing of expense reports and vendor payments.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis between actuals and budget.

4. Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for statutory and tax audits.
  • Support VAT/GST compliance and reporting.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Shared Service teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and multi-currency accounting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
