Support daily supply planning and material coordination activities with internal teams and suppliers.
Assist in monitoring supply-demand outlook and inventory status to support continuity of supply.
Help track critical materials and support follow-up actions with GSP Leads and Supply Planners.
Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, presentations, and planning updates.
Support purchase order monitoring and help ensure timely material delivery.
Participate in supply optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply planning activities.
Assist in identifying potential supply risks and support mitigation actions.
Gain exposure to global supply chain operations and international collaboration across multiple time zones.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Internship period of at least 6 months preferred.
Strong interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or Operations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently with guidance from the team.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Flexible to support meetings across different time zones when required.
