Ferring+You
In this cross-functional global role, you will prepare and update supply plans for the relevant products within the RMMH value stream with the aim to consistently deliver goods on time and in full along the value chain. Acting as the owner of your portfolio, you will be synchronizing the different production sites to allow efficient and timely production and driving the inventory levels of the defined products along the value chain.
Your day at Ferring
Responsibilities for the role includes:
Drive the weekly master planning: firming, order changes, exception, order promising.
Analyze and contribute to the root cause analysis in case of Stock-out and put actions in place to avoid re-occurrence
Document and report KPIs, build performance measures and ensures corrective actions based on these.
Drive supply availability data collection and ensure the reliability of the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) calculation in the area of responsibility.
Drive stock levels according to target. Follow the Group inventory objectives in the assigned area of responsibility. Review and explain deviations between actual and target. Propose actions to close the gaps when needed. Contribute to the analysis of obsolescence and provision process.
Anticipate supply scenarios and executes when needed mitigation (early warning system).
Liaise with relevant parties on building scenarios for gap closing. Provide calendar (Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP_RR) task schedule)
Create and maintain all planning parameters and tools (lead times, material usage variations, lot sizes) in compliance with supply chain master data management rules.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Operations Management, Logistics or Materials Management, with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred.
Demonstrated success in working across organizational boundaries, as well as working in a global organization across various cultures and departments.
Software knowledge: SAP / Oracle, Kinaxis, with strong proficiency on Excel.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English
Additionally, the ideal candidate for the role will exhibit flexibility, strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently and make quick and effective decisions whilst also being customer-focused, patient and determined.
