Global Supply Chain Rapid Supply Coordinator

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
We are looking for a dedicated Global Supply Chain Rapid Supply Coordinator , part of our Rapid Response Team, to support the implementation of standardized methods for managing critical component shortages. You will work closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams to track supplier performance, maintain shortage data, support supply continuity. This role is essential to ensuring timely resolution of supply issues and maintaining production continuity

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Supporting the deployment of standardized working methods for managing critical component shortages.
  • Participating in daily shortage review meetings with contract manufacturers to identify and resolve supply constraints.
  • Tracking and reporting supplier delivery performance, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Maintaining and updating the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) to ensure accountability and follow-through on shortage mitigation actions.
  • Support efforts for supply continuity
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate any potential risk in deliveries
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of Travel is required.

    Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in electronics.
  • Familiarity with electronic components and Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
