Within the Global Supply Chain, as a Project Coordinator, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at developing your project management, data analysis, and coordination skills. You will review and validate project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness while collaborating with project owners. Additionally, you will gather and analyse project data, creating communication material to effectively communicate insights. Furthermore, you will actively support the team in driving identified process improvements, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with project objectives.
You will support, as coordinator to priority projects, supporting timelines, risks, and delivery. You may also assist with stakeholder engagement by preparing clear updates and presentations, further broadening your skill set. This internship provides practical, hands-on experience to build technical expertise, strengthen organizational skills, and deepen your understanding of project management methodologies.
You'll gain transferable core skills and knowledge, in addition to gaining skills specific to the area of a pharmaceutical supply chain and essential business processes.
No specific experience is required; e.g. it is not essential to be studying sciences, or a supply chain or logistics degree. You must have a passion for learning, interest in science, and enthusiasm to collaborate with others. You should be in your 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate studies.
