The Global Strategic Alliances Program Manager is HP’s principal steward and adviser for high-impact programs with our top strategic partners (Intel, AMD, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, etc.). You will guide partnership governance, keep every alliance activity compliant with partner playbooks, and ensure funds flow quickly and transparently back to HP. By orchestrating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Ops, IT) and providing clear, data-driven insight to senior leaders, you will turn global alliance strategies into repeatable, measurable results.

The main function of the role is to oversee process for the Global Alliance Partner Program operations and maintain healthy metrics, SLA’s, trainings, dispute resolution to ensure HP & Alliance Partner Programs expectations are met while maximizing usage of funds in co- branded activities. The secondary function identify areas of improvement and interact with the necessary team to implement the needed enhancement .

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the global advisor on alliance program guidelines, ensuring adherence to policies and providing strategic guidance to regional teams.

  • Serve as the primary global liaison for Strategic Partners, overseeing program execution, compliance, and co-marketing initiatives to drive mutual growth

  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

  • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

  • Monitor global program performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Resolve global disputes, manage escalations, and collaborate with Finance to address financial risks, ensure timely reimbursements, manage audits and optimize the cash flow and financial health of the program

  • Design, Lead & Conduct program-specific training for internal alliance stakeholders, fostering alignment with alliance program goals and enhancing operational expertise.

  • Diagnose process gaps and drive automation/simplification initiatives that cut manual touchpoints and lift team efficiency

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3-5 years in alliance operations, marketing operations or program leadership within a global tech environment.

  • Demonstrated success governing multi-million-dollar co-marketing programs and driving process automations at scale.

  • Compliance authority: thorough command of program guidelines and co-marketing activity requirements.

  • Communication & analytics: polished written/spoken English plus strong data-interpretation skills.

  • Negotiation & senior influence: Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership effectively..

  • Flawless execution: consistent on-time, compliant delivery.

  • Advanced MS Office: power-user level in Excel and PowerPoint etc.

We offer:

The base pay range for this role is 182,800 PLN to 277,150 PLN annually with
additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
