As a Global Social Media Editorial Advisor, you will help shape how Boomi shows up across its corporate social media channels worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing editorial content that reflects Boomi’s brand voice, supports broader marketing initiatives, and engages our global audience. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and agency partners to plan, write, and publish compelling social content that brings Boomi’s story to life across platforms. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent, thoughtful, and timely social presence for a global enterprise brand.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the editorial content calendar for Boomi’s global corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Write and edit platform-optimized social content, adapting messaging for each channel
  • Help develop and maintain the editorial voice for Boomi’s corporate social media presence
  • Partner with the Creative team and agency to ideate social concepts and shape creative assets
  • Support alignment between social content, brand messaging, and broader marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to editorial best practices that guide how Boomi shows up on social media
  • Schedule and publish content using Sprinklr
  • Monitor and engage with Boomi’s social media audiences, responding as the voice of Boomi corporate social media
  • Support timely and reactive engagement while adhering to brand and governance standards

  • Curiosity and interest in technology, AI, and enterprise software

 

The Experience You Bring

  • 3–5 years of corporate experience in social media, content creation, communications, or marketing (post-undergraduate)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated social media writing experience
  • Experience creating and publishing organic social media content for corporate or brand channels
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging social content
  • Understanding of how to optimize content by platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Editorial Judgment: Ability to craft content from a brand perspective, with a clear understanding of the difference between corporate and personal social accounts
  • Creative Story Telling:  Understand how to create and tell story's to social media audiences
  • Platform Expertise: Understanding how content performs differently across social channels
  • Organic Social Strategy: Experience supporting an editorial calendar that balances proactive storytelling with timely, reactive moments
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Ability to translate business goals into effective social content
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who enjoys partnering with creative teams and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to Detail: High standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly as priorities evolve

 

A plus if you have

  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and B2B software

  • Knowledge of Sprinklr

This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $88,128 - 110,160 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
