Global Reward Manager

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to support in the effective delivery of reward initiatives in line with our global reward principles, so that we continue to attract, engage and retain great people.  With specific accountability for Tag employees key responsibilities include:

Reward Integration & Alignment: Lead and support the continued integration of TAG employees into dentsu reward frameworks, including data gathering, documentation, and coordination with regional teams. Assist in aligning reward practices, schemes and cycles, and support & maintain the ongoing role mapping to the dentsu career framework.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Support governance and decision-making processes by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Prepare Reward proposals, presentations and status updates as needed supporting the HRBPs and business.  Working with the Reward colleagues assist in educating business leaders and HR on reward principles and processes.

Compensation & Benchmarking: Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation structures and pay scales. Conduct benchmarking and affordability analysis to ensure competitive and equitable practices. Lead annual salary and incentive review cycles for Tag specifically in 2026 as they transition into dentsu, collaborating closely with Regional and Global Reward teams.

Data & Insight: Analyse compensation and benefits data as required to identify trends and risks. Prepare and present insights to inform decision-making and support stakeholder engagement.

Communication & Compliance: Design and communicate reward processes and tools. Resolve complex queries, engage the HR community, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Maintain a focus on transparency, equity and a positive employee experience in all activities.

This role is key to ensure reward practices are integrated, aligned and delivered effectively, supporting a culture of transparency, equity and engagement across the organisation.

Key Experiences

  • The ideal candidate will be a Reward Manager/Partner with experience of working in a multinational and matrixed environment
  • Excellent project management skills (from design to implementation), with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, e.g., salary survey & job evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations, and best practices in at least one of our core locations.
  • Experience providing thought out deliverables.
  • Experience of incentive or commission scheme design is desirable

Professional Skills

  • Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail; comfortable working with data and conducting market research.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability, with a sense of curiosity and openness to challenge.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
