The Global Operations Strategy & Transformation Office drives global operations strategy development and execution by partnering across the enterprise to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, governance, and measurable results. The team leads strategic planning, cross‑functional transformation initiatives, portfolio and program management, and integration of acquisitions to enable long‑term value creation and operational excellence across global operations.
This role leads Portfolio Governance & PMO for Global Operations, acting as the central orchestration point for planning, tracking, and delivering strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology). The position establishes governance frameworks, drives execution discipline, and ensures enterprise strategy alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Governance & Structure
Design and maintain portfolio governance models, standards, and operating rhythms.
Ensure consistent intake, prioritization, and milestone tracking.
Enable clear ownership, accountability, and escalation paths.
Portfolio Planning & Prioritization Support
Support annual and quarterly strategy cycles.
Provide insights on capacity, sequencing, and dependencies.
Maintain alignment with enterprise and Global Operations priorities.
PMO Leadership
Lead enterprise portfolio governance and PMO operating models, establishing standards, intake, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms that ensure disciplined execution and clear accountability across strategic initiatives.
Translate enterprise and functional strategy into actionable, prioritized roadmaps, partnering with senior leaders to support annual and quarterly planning, optimize capacity, and manage dependencies across complex, cross‑functional programs.
Provide executive‑level execution oversight and insight, owning portfolio reporting, risk and dependency management, and governance forums while building PMO capability and developing high‑performing teams to support large‑scale transformation.
Execution Tracking & Risk Management
Track initiative health, milestones, risks, dependencies.
Surface early warning signals and support escalations.
Ensure follow-through on actions and commitments.
Reporting, Insights & Enablement
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries.
Translate execution data into concise leadership insights.
Reduce reporting burden through standardization.
Success Metrics
Transparent and accurate portfolio reporting.
Reduction in unmanaged dependencies and execution conflicts.
On-time delivery across initiatives.
High leadership confidence in portfolio health.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, or operations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, MSAT.
Exceptional communication and influence skills.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
