JOB TITLE: Global Productivity Lead
SALARY: As per range
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh Citymark, Bristol Harbourside, Leeds Wellington Place
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this opportunity
This is a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of IP&I’s transformation, helping shape a modern, global operating model as the business redefines how it delivers insurance, pensions and investments in a digital market. As Global Productivity Lead, you’ll lead and build a new team, working across IP&I to improve how offshore service provision is managed, while ensuring strong governance, oversight and long‑term operational resilience.
It’s an opportunity for someone strategic and hands‑on to design new ways of working from the ground up, offering independent insight and turning opportunity into lasting change!
What you’ll be doing:
The role is varied, so this is not exhaustive, as no two days will be the same.
Work across IP&I to identify global operating model opportunities, adopting a strategic pan-IP&I lens.
Shape and translate our 2026–2030 strategic workforce plan into a clear execution path, connecting strategic intent with practical delivery.
Bring bold thinking and a restless curiosity to reimagine what’s possible.
Lead from the front—shaping the conversation, not just the output—by bringing insight, influence, and intent.
Oversee the end-to-end process for international service provision, ensuring people have a smooth experience.
Monitor the global service provision ensuring that any emerging trends/issues are identified and resolved early.
Develop new cross-geography initiatives to drive global productivity and innovation.
Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities.
Facilitate knowledge and best-practice sharing across IP&I.
Build trusted partnerships across Business Units and wider LBG partners.
