Global Process Expert, Invoice to Pay

In this role, you will be at the heart of driving process standardization, digital transformation, and operational excellence within the Invoice to Pay area. You will work across teams, countries, and systems to improve how things are done—making processes simpler, smarter, and more efficient for the entire organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on problem solving with strategic process development in a global environment.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to the Senior Manager, Invoice to Pay. The role is full‑time and follows a hybrid working model.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
You will be part of the BA Fiskars Finance Services organization, working closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT across Fiskars Group globally. You will act as a subject‑matter expert for the Invoice to Pay process and play a central role in developing and maintaining consistent, high‑quality finance processes across regions.
Your key tasks and responsibilities:
Drive the continuous development and improvement of global Invoice to Pay processes with Global Process Owners.
Review existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization.
Support the design and implementation of end‑to‑end process improvements.
Act as a key contact and expert for the Invoice to Pay process across the organization.
Collaborate with IT on system development, enhancements, and testing activities.
Prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Develop and deliver process and system training materials and sessions.
Provide hands‑on support for complex cases, escalations, and problem solving in daily operations.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience: You are someone who enjoys improving how things work and taking ownership of outcomes. You combine analytical thinking with a practical mindset and feel comfortable working across functions and cultures to drive change.
Your background includes:
Experience working with process development, system changes, or transformation initiatives.
Solid functional understanding of Basware P2P, SAP and other finance systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience and comfort working independently in a global, matrix organization.
Strong hands‑on experience in the Invoice to Pay or related finance process area.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fluent English, used daily in a professional setting.
