GE Healthcare

Global Pricing Leader AVS

Remote Full time

Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Value-Based Pricing is a global, strategic role responsible for defining and embedding value-based pricing for new product innovations (NPI) within our Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS) portfolio.

AVS encompasses a broad range of technologies and digital solutions supporting diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapy, including ultrasound, mobile and fixed C-arms, and an expanding portfolio of AI-driven diagnostic and workflow enhancement tools.

This role partners with global subsegment leaders to translate NPI value propositions into differentiated value drivers and value-based pricing strategies that maximize customer value and price realization for equipment and services.
The individual will simultaneously support regional alignment with pricing strategy and guardrails to drive improved launch price performance, discipline, and transparency through analytics.

This role is not responsible for day-to-day transactional or deal-level pricing. Instead, it operates upstream—shaping globally how products and services are configured, priced, and positioned globally —while tracking consistent implementation across regions and monitoring launch performance.

Positioned at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and product marketing, this role directly influences how AVS captures value from innovation. It carries high visibility and executive exposure and is a key contributor within a cross-functional corporate pricing initiative supported by senior leadership.

GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Our mission is to improve lives in the moments that matter. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.

  • Act as a thought leader for value-based pricing, advancing the organization beyond cost-plus methodologies toward disciplined, value-driven pricing decisions.
