This position is an on-site position where a successful candidate can sit in one of our Teledyne sites in the US.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize global payroll operations across all regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Administer and enhance global payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), including data integrity, upgrades, testing, and new functionality.
  • Drive global payroll standardization, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, in‑country providers, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless payroll delivery.
  • Produce and analyze global payroll data, reporting, and controls to support compliance, audits, and leadership decision‑making.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience, within a global or multinational environment.
  • Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus).
  • U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control laws

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000
