Job Description

  • Partner with GPA Strategy and Operations Leads to support the setup and execution of pre-approval access programs, leveraging the One Patient Access (OPA) platform to ensure alignment with global and local requirements and to drive digital best practices.
  • Collaborate with global, local, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment of Patient Access programs.
  • Coordinate key meetings, including the Patient Access Excellence Committee and related cross-functional forums, ensuring effective planning, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Manage the Patient Access mailbox, ensuring timely, organized, and compliant responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, utilizing digital tools where possible to streamline communication and tracking.
  • Facilitate business operational processes, including contract management, invoice processing, and Purchase Order (PO) administration, by working closely with the GPA Business Operations and Vendor Oversight Lead to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
  • Support compliance-related activities, as assigned, and provide direct support for audits and inspections associated with Patient Access programs.
  • Contribute to the development, accuracy, and communication of the Patient Access monthly report, enabling clear and consistent stakeholder updates.
  • Provide back-up support for the Compliance Lead, including the review and update of Patient Access information in the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
  • Oversee archiving and document management, including maintenance of SharePoint sites and other systems critical to Patient Access operations.
  •  Provide data and user insights to inform OPA platform enhancements, and champion OPA driving adoption and supporting a successful rollout
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to assist with optimizing Patient Access processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and generating actionable insights for continuous program improvement.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$116,000.00 - $182,270.00


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. 

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
