Your new team

This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. The Global Omnichannel Manager will lead the strategy and implementation of global retailer media and CRM partnerships across the Pernod Ricard Travel Retail channel. A trusted strategic partner to our major Duty-Free retailers, this role will design the global omnichannel strategy for Pernod Ricard brands, unlock joint value through collaboration, and ensure consistent delivery of impactful campaigns that drive both brand equity and conversion.

In addition, the Global Omnichannel Manager will lead integrated campaign planning, consolidating regional media initiatives into unified global Omnichannel campaigns that connect across the full traveller journey and balance global brand building objectives with local business priorities. Part of this responsibility includes supporting GTR’s strategic role within the global media plans for Pernod Ricard Prestige Brands, ensuring Travel Retail touchpoints elevate our Prestige portfolio and build desirability among affluent travellers worldwide.

This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring strong commercial acumen, advanced digital expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and across the global retail partner ecosystem.

Your unique contribution

You will have 5 main areas of responsibility:

Strategic Omnichannel & Retailer Media Leadership (Primary Responsibility)

  • Develop and own the global omnichannel strategy, aligning brand building, commercial priorities, and retailer needs.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to global Duty-Free retailers, co-creating joint plans that connect with travellers across the full path to purchase.
  • Elevate retailer media partnerships by identifying opportunities to innovate, scale, and jointly drive brand equity and shopper engagement.
  • Create playbooks and strategic frameworks to guide markets in deploying retailer-focused omnichannel programs consistently and effectively.

CRM & Data Partnerships

  • Lead CRM partnerships with retailers to strengthen traveller engagement, targeting precision, and loyalty.
  • Leverage first-party data, CRM insights, and behavioural analytics to shape more meaningful and effective brand experiences.
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations that support both brand equity and commercial performance.

Global Integrated Campaign Planning (Elevated Secondary Responsibility)

  • Own the Global Integrated Campaign Planning process, consolidating regional media plans into a cohesive global strategy aligned with brand building and commercial objectives.
  • Act as the central point of contact for global campaign alignment, ensuring coherence across regions, brands, retailers, and agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with Pernod Ricard HQ to ensure Travel Retail channels contribute fully to the elevation of our Prestige portfolio and resonate with affluent travellers from our key target nationalities.
  • Lead cross-regional governance, briefing, campaign orchestration, and integrated performance evaluation.
  • Consolidate and present post-campaign analysis to internal stakeholders highlighting brand-building impact, equity growth, and commercial contribution.

Stakeholder & Retailer Partner Management

  • Build and nurture strong, senior-level relationships with Duty Free retailers, positioning Pernod Ricard as a thought leader and trusted strategic partner.
  • Partner with local Marketing Activation teams, global Brand teams, Regional Omnichannel Managers and agencies to deliver cohesive and high-performing omnichannel plans.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by articulating the strategic value of omnichannel initiatives and retailer partnership opportunities.

Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish KPIs that connect omnichannel initiatives to brand equity, engagement, conversion, and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead post-campaign evaluation and strategic performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Benchmark retailer media, CRM capabilities, and omnichannel innovation to identify emerging opportunities for leadership and differentiation.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you have:

  • Proven experience in strategic media planning, performance marketing, and CRM, ideally across both brand and retailer environments.
  • Strong experience in retail or retailer-focused roles, with deep understanding of retail media networks, CRM ecosystems, and shopper journeys.
  • Demonstrated ability to run strategic brand activations at global or multi-market scale, with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in global or multi-regional roles, coordinating across markets and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with ability to balance brand building with commercial growth and conversion opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills, capable of engaging senior leaders and building high-value retailer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting strategy and insights to senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Passion for digital innovation, brand building, and elevating the traveller experience.
