Pluxee is seeking a visionary Offers - Global Director to lead the transformation of our service portfolio into a high-performing, scalable offer catalog. This global role will drive the design, deployment, and performance management of offers that deliver value to our three key personas—clients, consumers, and merchants—across 28 countries. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with operational excellence and has a proven track record in offer development, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

Role Overview:

As Global Offers Director, you will lead the transformation of Pluxee’s diverse service portfolio into a unified, high-performing offer catalog. You will define and manage offers that combine products, partners, and pricing into compelling value propositions tailored to our three core personas: clients, consumers, and merchants. This role includes full ownership of the design, deployment, and performance of offers across geographies, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and structure the global offer catalog, grouping services into coherent, scalable offers aligned with strategic priorities.

• Define value propositions, delivery models, and pricing frameworks for each offer.

• Lead offer development and deployment in collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and country teams.

• Own performance management of offers, including commercial traction, product usage, and financial ROI.

• Drive convergence and standardization across countries while allowing for local adaptation.

• Collaborate with M&A and Partnerships teams to enrich offers through acquisitions and strategic alliances.

• Animate the Demand & Performance processes to ensure offers evolve based on market needs and business impact.

Profile & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, offer development, or portfolio management in a global context.

• Strong understanding of B2B2C ecosystems and multi-persona value creation.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience in tech, platforms, or benefit services is highly valued.
