We are looking for a Global MarCom Product Strategist to join our Global Marketing Communications team.
Reporting to the Global Product Launch Director, this role plays a key part in driving the successful global launch of new products and services. The position combines marketing strategy, project/program management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring launches are strategically positioned and executed seamlessly across regions.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead and drive all aspects of global product launches, including go-to-market strategy and execution
· Apply and manage the global product launch framework, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and inputs from cross-functional teams
· Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Service, and creative partners to ensure coordinated launch activities
· Develop strong marketing strategies and value proposition messaging for assigned product lines
· Drive creation of marketing content (blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, reports, etc.) to generate qualified traffic
· Execute integrated marketing campaigns using inbound marketing, SEO, email, events, and digital channels
· Lead development of creative concepts, visuals, and messaging with internal and external creative resources
· Support lead nurturing and marketing automation initiatives
· Evaluate customer journeys and key touchpoints to improve user experience and conversion
· Identify digital growth opportunities and stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and technologies
Qualifications & experience:
· 4+ years in marketing or marketing communications
· Experience developing integrated marketing strategies (digital + traditional)
· Relevant degree in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or project management
· Fluent English language knowledge
· Strong project/program management skills
· Experience working with agencies or internal marketing teams on large projects
· Knowledge of marketing research methods (VOC, surveys, etc.)
· Budget management experience
· Experience with digital marketing, social media, and video production
· Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
· Welding knowledge is a plus
