Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
At Kyndryl, we’re building the foundation for the world’s digital future—and that foundation starts with the spaces where we operate. As the Global Legal Real Estate Lead, you’ll be the trusted legal advisor who ensures our real estate strategy supports growth, flexibility, and cost competitiveness worldwide.
This is a “player-coach” role—you’ll roll up your sleeves to lead high-profile negotiations while guiding and supporting local and outside counsel across global transactions. You’ll have a direct impact on how Kyndryl consumes physical resources, enabling us to deliver for clients and drive profitability.
If you’re looking for a role that combines hands-on deal-making, strategic leadership, and global influence, this is your opportunity.
As the Global Real Estate Legal Counsel you will be responsible to:
Lead and negotiate: Take ownership of complex real estate transactions, leases, colocation agreements, acquisitions, divestitures—and step in when negotiations need a focused, authoritative voice.
Advise and guide: Provide sound, well-reasoned legal and commercial advice to the Global Real Estate and Data Center (RDC) organization, balancing risk and opportunity.
Collaborate globally: Work with local counsel, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams on land use, tax, utilities, regulatory compliance, and municipal requirements.
Drive innovation: Create and implement process improvements and transformational approaches to how Kyndryl Legal supports RDC.
Shape strategy: Support new transactions, existing agreements, dispute resolution, and strategic initiatives—all while staying ahead of legal and business trends.
Be the SME: Act as the global subject matter expert for real estate law and contracting, providing insights that mitigate risk and enable growth.

Whether you want to deepen your expertise, broaden your skills, or move into leadership, we’ll support you with learning programs, mentorship, and opportunities to take on new challenges. At Kyndryl, your future is yours to shape.
