As Global Implementation Manager you are a project manager who is responsible for implementing Transaction Services products and services (Payments, Cash Management, Trade, Working Capital Solutions and Factoring) for our internationally operating Corporate and FI customers. These implementations are completed by means of professional, efficient, and structured project management. You act as a SPOC towards ING’s main corporate clients and you are coordinating between ING’s operations, sales, relationship management, international Wholesale banking network and TS products and Channels.
The Global Implementation manager strives to implement products or onboard new clients in an effective client focused and timely manner. He/She is in control of the milestones that need to be taken to successfully finalize the implementation/onboarding and hand the client over to the client service teams for daily support. The Global Implementation manager is able to manage 10-12 projects at once in different stages. The Global Implementation manager is in close contact with the client and makes sure that the client is getting the best client experience during the implementation/onboarding.
Your work environment
You will work in an international environment. Within the team, English is the main language spoken and correspondence internally is mainly in English (French and German would be a plus)

Your English is fluent, other EMEA languages are beneficial
You have the ability to use different communication skills depending on the situation
Lead meetings and coordinate activities of the cross-organizational implementation teams
Lead testing and solution validation efforts to ensure the solution meets the client’s expectations and is line with contractual obligations and agreements.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives to implement process enhancement.
