Global HR Advisor (Fixed Term Contract)

The Global HR Advisor provides high-quality, end-to-end HR advisory and operational support across assigned geographic regions. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-centered HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

The Global HR Advisor serves as a key escalation point for HR inquiries and delivers consultative support across onboarding, employment administration, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. The role ensures HR processes are robust, efficient, and aligned to business priorities while navigating regional and country-specific requirements. Success in this role requires strong global HR operations expertise, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.

HR Operations & Advisory Support

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for managers and employees across the global organization for HR matters including talent acquisition support, onboarding, employment changes, compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Provide timely, accurate, and compliant guidance while ensuring a positive employee and manager experience across regions.

Partnership & Project Support

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support organizational design initiatives, workforce changes, and other HR projects as assigned.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to ensure consistent execution of HR programs and processes globally.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes and service delivery.

Global Employment & Compliance

  • Coordinate with local country HR colleagues to maintain required HR records and personnel files in compliance with local labor regulations.

  • Support compliant onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with local managers and HR teams, ensuring adherence to country-specific employment laws.

Employee Relations Support

  • Partner with COEs to advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and policy interpretation.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations, and/or HR generalist roles.

  • Experience delivering HR services in regional and global environments strongly preferred.

  • Experience with HR technologies such as Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Workday, Concur, and related HR systems preferred.
