Job Description Summary:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Global Health & Well-Being team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering benefit programs that enhance the well-being of our employees worldwide.  The intern will support global strategies, research, and communications to foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.  Additionally, the intern will assist in the implementation and evaluation of health and well-being programs that drive employee engagement and support a thriving work environment.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Insights: Conduct research on emerging global well-being trends and best practices to inform strategy and program design.

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze engagement and impact data to support continuous improvement of well-being programs.

  • Communications: Develop and/or distribute content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, digital campaigns) to promote global well-being initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams and stakeholders to adapt programs for local needs and cultural relevance.

  • Event Support: Participate in planning and coordination of well-being activities and events as needed, ensuring alignment with global objectives.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general support for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Education Requirements:  

  • Bachelors program in Business & HR related fields, Behavioral Sciences, or Analytics related fields.

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.


Related Work Experience:

  • Strong interest in global health and well-being strategies

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams

  • Passion for promoting health and well-being in a global context


Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis or design tools is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data

Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
