As a Global Force Management Analyst, you’ll bring your organizational skills, combatant command experience, and operational expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Joint Force sourcing and risk management on projects for the client. You’ll use your skills and expertise to support the development, coordination, and execution of force requests and allocation according to global force management policies and processes.
Work with us to support the Global Force Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining Global Force Management (GFM) policies, procedures, and guidance across the EUCOM area of responsibility. In this role, you will prepare, coordinate, and track rotational and emergent force element requirements that are essential to the GFM process.
You will develop and present information on force identification, sourcing, and submission in support of EUCOM operations, activities, and investments, including SECDEF‑named missions. You will also consolidate directorate inputs for Request for Forces messages, recommend adjustments prior to Joint Staff validation and approval, and identify and resolve internal and external sourcing issues to ensure timely updates and accurate documentation.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating critical sourcing data and coordinating with geographic and functional Combatant Commands, components, and other stakeholders to gather and validate availability, deployment, and redeployment information.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in the military including at a Service Headquarters, Service Component Headquarters, or at a Combatant Command
Experience with leading or participating in Joint or Operational Planning Teams
Ability to create reports, briefings, and documents at the General, Flag, or SES -levels, delivering them with client-ready quality
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 10% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
2+ years of experience with Global Force Management
Experience with Joint Capabilities Resource Manager
Experience with Logbook or SMS-logbook
Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Military Decision-Making Process Marine Corps Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, or Air Force Planning Process
Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Phase I course
Completion of Joint Officer Qualification
Graduate of Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES) Action Officer course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
