This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
    • Define and execute the global delivery strategy for the Technology Tower, ensuring alignment with HPE’s business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives
  • Team Development & Capability Building
    • Lead and inspire a global team of ~100 technical professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous learning.
    • Design and implement strategies to build the right technical skills and capabilities aligned with evolving customer and technology needs.
  • Delivery Excellence & Governance
    • Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of Complete Care and GreenLake Flex contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and customer success methodology.
    • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across delivery processes, meeting cost of delivery and Total Customer Experience (TCE) targets.
  • Transformation & Innovation
    • Champion transformation initiatives to modernise delivery models, optimise resource utilisation, and enhance scalability.
    • Introduce innovative practices and tools to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Technology Expertise
    • Leverage deep technical knowledge to guide solution design and delivery strategies across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technologies.
    • Stay ahead of emerging technologies to ensure the team remains future-ready.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience in leadership, managing large-scale global delivery operations.
  • Strong transformation skills, with a track record of driving organisational change and process optimisation.
  • Deep technology expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at executive levels and align operational activities to business objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders globally.
  • Extensive experience in service delivery models, lifecycle management, and operational best practices within the IT services industry
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
